I have Alpha gal Syndrome, more commonly know as “the red meat allergy” caused by a tick bite. Will these products also be carrageenan free, as most individuals with AGS have severe reactions to this ingredient that mimics the structure of alpha galactose 1,3?

That’s awesome! As a side comment you may want to share this product in one of the Alpha Gal forums and market regionally based on the distribution of the disease (there are actually alot of us) There is a depressing lack of dairy free artisan cheeses in the Midwest for us sad foodies😭
