In the context of air travel, how soon after potential exposure to the virus can one be tested for accurate results, in lieu of quarantine for 14 days?

Should I continue the 8 minute abs routine just for strength? With my belly, no one will ever see them.

I used a product containing CBDA, for pain and inflammation, and got very high (didn’t want to). Was then told that CBDA is unstable unless it’s kept at low temperatures. Is this true? Can it be stabilized?

Confident, the product is Care by Design - a well established brand in CA, I’ve been taking their CBD for 5+ years, and my doctor recommended it.
