Which is more difficult, dealing with deceased or the deceased's family?

Wow. Thank you for that wonderful answer. I was kind of worried that you wouldn't quite understand what I meant to ask you. Its been my dream since high school to become a mortician but unfortunately for me there were no schools like that in my area.
