When you say pancreas do you mean in total or pancreas alone? I work in an HLA lab and we do a fair amount of crossmatches for KP offers, although it is a lot fewer than kidney alone.

Not likely, however, I work in a different part of transplant and we had a case recently where somebody had received a lung transplant then shortly became a donor themselves for a potential kidney transplant. I don't remember if anything came of it, but it was still pretty cool!
