Certain counties/states won't accept forms. Call the courthouse and ask before you do anything with the online companies. When I spoke to the family matters court, they told me there were no actual forms in my county and if the documents weren't formatted exactly right, the court would reject them. She said most of the documents they received from online services were rejected. Just a word of warning.
