Thank you!! This is definitely the right frame of mind! Any kind of natural movement is very important! Even crawling (yes, we crawl under things as often as possible for training and roll around to practice falling techniques)
But please be careful with adrenaline! Please always remember that long term safety is always better than short term rush.

If you are not vegan and don't promote vegan diet how do you explain the big number of vegan athletes, including me, whose athletic performance, recovery time, and general health and wellbeing had improved after removing animal products in our diet?

I have a question about permaculture.
Disclaimer: I'm a total noob at botany and farming so I'm genuinely curious.
I read about permaculture and I had an impression that it's superior to current monoculture farming. Why shouldn't all farmers move to permaculture methods of creating ecological chains?
Also, what is your take on agroforestry?

I don't know if I'm too late but I always want to ask this question as a parkour coach: what would possibly inspire you to take on parkour training? Testimonies from other people in similar situation who are already doing it? Anything else?
