From what I gather listening to Dr. Rowan listen to recording at 3:40, space-time vibrates, stretches and compresses across a gravitational wave.

Agreed, the more senses we can integrate, the better. Like you say, the 'light' is electromagnetic waves. Would you explain more about the 'sound' -- not on the EM spectrum, since typical sound can't travel through a vacuum (like, space)? Thank you.
