Studying for the NY bar was actually in some respects one of the best summers of my life. My now partner and I hunkered down in my parents house and created this comprehensove routine of working out in the morning -bar prep in two roughly four hour sessions furing the day and then light recreation and relaxation in the evening - trips to the beach and local parks. We ended the summer in the best shape of our lives, much much closer as a couple and both passed on the first go.
Not really a question i guess... just this thread caused me to remember fondly.
I think any honest purveyor of bar study courses would probably agree though that the best advice is take the cheapest legitimate prep course and then tailor your life in a balanced way around studying its materials, do you agree?

So, I was under the impression, based on the word of truffle eaters and industry members in public media, that really the only truffle worth its salt is the Italian truffle and all other truffles (particularly Chinese truffles) be damned.
You're working out of Oregon - do you agree with this sentiment? Are Italian truffles really so much better?
Also, any truffles worth looking for in the US northeast, say southern New York?
