If it's any consolation, that's not what I got out of the series. To me, it was about good people that go through shit and do their best (or worst) to cope with it. No bad people, just bad circumstances.

The only thing I wish to ask as follow-up: a big part of the series was about the God complex. Is that something you've seen in your comrades, or even yourself? How did it affect your lives?
