Why does it say for FIG Publishing "Our independent registered public accounting firm has expressed in its report on our audited financial statements a substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern."?

How does this relate to your other companies that are part of FIG, which includes Fig Productions , Fig Grasslands, Loose Tooth Industries(Fig.Co), and how accurate is this diagram of how these companies fit together: https://i.imgur.com/IR6morM.png ?

Are you familiar with http://getaether.net/ then? Nothing says the type of board it is distributing has to be the default one.
