Back in the early days of bitcoin when redditors would tip eachother like... 10 or so at a time for funny posts or whatever, I actively made a fool out of myself to get coins, not cause they were worth anything but because I just liked seeing numbers go up and if I ever made 10,000 of them I could order a pizza or something.

I cry myself to sleep some times and tell my wife I just get night terrors.
