I just started working as a web dev for the first time last year at a company of 4, and this has been my experience. A lot of my graduating class are being paid higher but they hate their peers or the work. I'm working remote, with people I like, can make my own schedule, and my boss is really nice and flexible. On top of that, they're really experienced, and I've been learning a lot about project structure and actually finishing projects, not just being a small part of it.

I've been wondering how much is that worth? I'm not sure I would go for a job that pays even 20k higher than what I'm getting now (though I might have a conversation with my boss). It seems like something I don't want to take for granted, cause I might never have it again.

Very inspirational. What advice do you have for people struggling with depression that don't have it nearly as hard as you do?

1) Is it possible to be in office without bending to the will of someone with money every once in a while? It seems like even if it's not big news, every president has had their arm twisted by the MPAA or what have you.
2) should we be more or less hard on our politicians?
3) what's something American voters are unrealistic about that we need a reality check on?
4) What are some things American citizens need to start doing right now before our politics get any worse?
