Other than NY, what cities have the best restaurants that you've visited?

Do you smoke cigars? If so, what's a good cigar / whiskey combination?

I live near DC, same problem. And my cigar shop doesn't have a liquor license, so... My favorite brand of cigar is La Gloria Cubana. Mainly because when I lived in Florida, I could go to Miami to their shop and pick up a box (and watch them roll them right there in front of me!).

Depending on my mood, a good port goes well with them or bourbon (Maker's Mark) or a good scotch (Glenmorangie). Although with a wife and 2 kids, I don't get to enjoy them as much anymore.
