I felt the same reading this AMA and seeing the proof. But anyhow I am form Jeddah and i remembered that the king abdulaziz University hospital is one of the largest medical hospitals in the meddle east, and have preformed multiple surgeries of such kind. So I would think that the parents wanting only the best for their kid decided to go there and do the surgery here. For the Arabic typos I think they are very typical as some data registry computer are very old and don't usually get update because they are still functioning. Finally yes her English is extremely good but I know that a lot of people in Oman do attend international Schools so that might be it. Anyhow another proof would be appreciated from OP

You were aware of the seriousness of the situation, but did you at any point of time actually felt kidnapped?
