Hey Zach, thanks for doing an AMA!

What are the most vital qualities an artist/entertainer should have in order to thrive, or at the very least live off their passion without losing their passion or their shit? There are so many outside pressures or things in the working world that could take what you love to do for their own gain, or the work that you do for love end up just become dollar signs, and the passion could get caught up in that.

I suppose what I'm asking is that with so many artists, their work becomes so intertwined with their identity and who they are, how do you separate Zach the artist from Zach the guy who has to pay bills, especially when your career aligns with your passions?
