How about restructuring it from 3 yrs to whenever a graduate feels like contributing? A decent human being would definitely pay the program instead of asking them to a structured( 3 yr 15%) plan. I don't think anyone in SV pays 50k a year anymore.

is there a chance that recreational use be adjusted to 25yrs of age? just to cover the research of saying that marijuana hinders brain growth to fully mature. but still available for medical use to any age.
