I struggle with feelings about my art being poor : "What makes my art worthwhile. Why should people bother consuming it? Am I saying anything new? Other people are doing it better."

Do you have any advice on how to combat these feelings? I'd be interested in, as well as any general thoughts, a comparison between how you feel now as an established artists with a fanbase, vs how you felt when you just started out.

Are there any long term side effects? Are these headaches slowly damaging you beyond repair, or is it literally just a shit load of pain and nothing more?
