My grandfather has asthma cystic fibrosis and was born with one lung. They told him he wouldn't live past 20 but he celebrated his 73rd birthday this year. The best thing to do is get an asthma inhaler and start smoking electronic cigarettes. The inhaler helps all lung problems believe it or not. It loosens up the lungs and eases pain. Hang in there.

You cannot say thay it saved your life, so far all you can say is that you used these treatments and coincidentally your symptoms went into remission. It is a great coincidence, and I am happy that you are better today than you were in 2005, but to write an entire book about how this "saved your life" doesn't equate to medical opinion but rather to a belief you hold. Before trumpeting your radical success to the masses, I'd suggest waiting until successful results from at least Phase II Trials.
