I do freelancer jobs as a developer with a couple friends. We intend to have our own company if business go well and demand keep growing. If we work hard and get some luck, we may become a bigger company with the time.

If we succeed, what are our chances of becoming a target to diversity activism for having "diversity issues" in our company, since we are all cis white males?
