How would you go about transitioning away from lethal weapons for domestic law enforcement when criminals have access to similar weapons but don't adhere to any principles?

They have nothing. No prototype. No proof of concept. Long story short, they are selling their own cryptocurrency for a platform that doesn't even exist. I'm skeptical of their intentions. Chances are that they will just take people's money and fold the company.

You still haven't answered my question. What kind of fiduciary responsibility does a company have to its shareholders if the shareholders don't own any shares? Cryptocurrency is not the same as equity.
