Heh, it is more than 1 billion bussines in GTA, Ontario. Seems like the insurance companies do not even bother investigate the fraud and simply cover the loss by higher premiums. I pay more for the insurance then I pay for the car+gas. I don't have any history of accidents and 0 tickets.

Aren't back injuries are mostly hernias and protrusions which are easily identified by MRI? Or the fact that most of us already have them makes them hard to prove the link between an accident and the madical aftermath?

Why are you not paying taxes? Do you have kids who go to school? Or you do not use at all other public services?

FYI In Russia car insurance only covers damege to the car. When I was still living in Russia I wast not aware of any additional policies which cover injuries and disability. You may think this is because of universal healthcare, but you still pay a lot in the hospitals, even though it is considered completely free.
