How do you recognize troll farms? What is a good tell for if a story or opinion is being propped up by the troll farms?

On a Similar note, There are lots of rumors about american politicians making people "Disappear" Similar to how Putin and many other Russian politicians do to their threats. Considering they both operate on plausable deniability what is a good tell all for if a theory is rational?

Have you heard of Ranked Choice Voting and would you be willing to sponsor legislation to potentially save the countries fundamentally flawed electoral system?

I believe this could save our country by breaking up the partisan bickering and encourage candidates to be more civil which, in my opinion would in turn lesson the likelihood of future mail bombers and synagogue shootings.

Edit: I would also like to thank you in advance for doing this AMA and let you know that you have been a deep personal hero of mine since I first started following politics in depthly in 2011. I've followed politics since I was in second grade but when you spoke to the occupy wallstreet protests is when you first showed up on my radar and you have been my hero/one thing giving me hope ever since.
