Not to sound like a dick but the flash's powers are top tier godly in origin and are capable of infinitely more than just moving real fast

The speed force is essentially timespace, there's been many speedsters, and a couple that have even merged with the speed force, at the height of his power barry allen could essentially progress, regress and rewrite time/reality however he saw fit.

I believe the speed force is one of 7 fundamental forces that are attributed to old gods and make up the fabric and behaviour of reality, pretty cool lore stuff if that's what you're into.
