Bells palsy is when we don't know what caused it. In this case it's due to trauma so it's just called traumatic ptosis.

Yeah you're right about not just ptosis. But Bells palsy by definition is of an unknown cause. "Bell's palsy is defined as a one-sided facial nerve paralysis of unknown cause. Several other conditions can also cause facial paralysis, e.g., brain tumor, stroke, myasthenia gravis, and Lyme disease; however, if no specific cause can be identified, the condition is known as Bell's palsy." from the wiki. It's cranial nerve 7 damage then.
