I wonder if it's that, I've been a Vegetarian for many years and have tried to eat healthier and healthier as time went on. I recently moved abroad (within Europe, am not American) and food is rather expensive here, so I'm really cutting down to the essentials and never eat out, everything is home cooked. Of course it might lack some balance on the other hand, and I don't weigh a whole lot (but not underweight). So eg. if I've only had minor breakfast, by late afternoon I can feel the physical stress hitting.
Is there anything in particular you could recommend, diet wise? Some recipes you could recommend? I'd really like to improve my diet and make it healthier!

Do you have any recommendations on how to deal with lasting, negative effects from psychedelic use? I wouldn’t say I used excessively but I’m naturally a rather anxious person, and I’m very sure that LSD use has lead to derealization. I’ve had checks to make sure it’s not a different brain issue, but most likely stems from anxiety itself. Over time it feels like it’s almost gotten worse and it can be somewhat debilitating at times, once leading to a panic attack so severe I genuinely thought I needed to go to the hospital. I’ve only found the supplement NAC to help, but after stopping it for around 2 days it seems to come back quite strongly and after reading up on it I’d really like to not take NAC forever… is there anything you would recommend me? I have not taken LSD since the symptoms started, which has been about one and a half years ago. I might do MDMA with minimum 3 months between sessions but have abstained from this as well for a bit now to ensure rest for my brain.

Could you maybe go more into detail so somebody who has no idea about fasting and it's effects can grasp it? Whenever I go an unusually long time without eating I just feel awful. I feel sick and jittery and very tired. I find it so hard to imagine that fasting has health benefits, but maybe I also just don't properly understand what makes fasting what it is.
