Nice job. We know you burned a lot of fat, but how much extra or less did you spend on the new routine? How much time did you gain or lose overall with the new routine?

Do you make them clean up after themselves? For example, put sheets into the wash, wash dishes, clean bathrooms, etc... Thanks!
