What do you think that the role of pornography can be in the cycle of offending (either a stimulating or cathartic effect?)

You mainly talk about women and children here in this AMA. Do you also treat men who got raped and felt arousal/orgasmed during the event? How is their response to this? Is it just as common for them as for women to feel arousal? Do you feel that there might be even more misunderstanding about this than for women?
