Eh. Tim Horton's donuts are all frozen, rewarmed and frosted. They are probably pumped full of lovely preservatives and chemicals just the same. The days of "bakers" are long gone at Tims.

Most LC locations are pretty open so you can see what's happening. I imagine all ingredients come packaged and it's a connect the dots pizza. Regulations are pretty tight in fast food. I imagine it's a get what you see type deal.

College kids at a decent wage, min wage could work but find the right people and give them incentive. You want people to be happy to work for you which will make them work better. Don't go broke paying the person but if you are effectively going to double your inc it's worth remembering who is helping you do that. (Of course, the cost of getting a second cart, upkeep and food are all to be taken into consideration obviously.)

They are actually on the menu board now at my LC in Ontario, Canada. I think this means it's an all day thing now?
