You'll want to avoid any drug that's not mostly metabolized in the liver because it will cause more work for the remaining kidney. Although some drugs have pharmacokinetics which can lead to renal failure regardless (like NSAIDs).
I would wait at least a few months to a year after transplant to build up renal function before trying anything, and don't over do it.
Also if you do drugs make sure you're adequately hydrated. It's much easier to get acute renal failure from dehydration with 1 kidney.
