Do you have any advice for helping/advising friends/family going through emotional/mental problems?

What's the temperature difference between lava and fire, and how close can you get to it without burning? I know the temperature must have a range, but in general.

Are you familiar with Max Fosh on YouTube? First time I clicked on one of his videos I though he might be you, but he doesn't look quite the same. Same energy, though, and I noticed some commenters felt the same. Also, how much mayonnaise is just right to win a woman's heart?
