Do you routinely contact supervisors from a past job?

Spent the first few years of my career flying twice almost every week. While the logistics of travel do start to feel almost algorithmic, I actually found that I started to care more about the little things that made me comfortable - never riding middle seat, boarding early so you’re guaranteed overhead space - I just became better at dealing with it.

That also goes for when trouble hits. Flight cancelled? Don’t bother the gate attendant, bunker down and call my credit card.
