Which are worse micro or nano sized particle plastics?

Your time is limited. What agency do you see as doing good regulatory work that we can look to at in the future when we have questions about specific materials/ ingredients? Ive heard the FDA is way behind. Should I look at the european EMA, the Korean or Singaporean FDA equivalent?
