What's it like being surrounded by an infinitude of shit that you probably want or could use but don't have? I'd probably spend my entire shift every single day thinking up reasons to want things that I see on the shelves.

Not sure if you could answer this, but how seriously do they take the posts on the official forums? I know anytime a concern is raised, "we take your feedback very seriously" is the parroted response, typical HR robot line. But there's a lot of really vocal and passionate feedback given there (amongst the horseshit), do they actually bring it to the attention of the higher-ups? Applying to WoW here.
