Hi Mike, thanks for answering questions today! While I like the message you've been getting across through your show, a part of me is skeptical of it. While I think lots of Americans aren't taking blue collar jobs these days because of the stigma, I also think there are other factors that keep people away from them -- like the physical toll it takes on your body, less stability than white collar jobs provide, and less opportunity for promotion. My boyfriend's dad worked construction for decades, but he's been out of work since 2008. Now his back is in bad shape and he can't take jobs anymore even if they're offered. My boyfriend's family didn't have a lot of savings, and they're really worried about finances.

I want to hear your thoughts on this. Do you agree that people avoid blue collar jobs for these reasons, and if so, are people right or wrong for doing so? Do you believe in any policy changes that could fix this?
