You should know that a subset of people actually get more paranoid from strong indica than sativas. Sativa can be like stimulants for people that have ADD, it is calming. (I don't have ADD, just comparing opposing typical action for certain types of chemistries.) While a potent indica buzz can be much worse in that respect. Maybe 10-20% of people according to my doctor, since I fit into that category. I vape hazes and diesel, etc then go to sleep an hour later. If I take too much I can get paranoid, but never as bad as a total body buzz indica, those fuck with my head sometimes.

I do like certain hybrid indicas that have a nice blend of cerebral sativas along with a mild body effect.

This is bullshit, I used to drink vodka almost exclusively before I moved on to scotch and whisky and gin.

The cheap stuff tastes bad and burns more. Smirnoff isn't as cheap as the cheapest stuff, but it is still shit. Something like Ketel One, which isn't even that expensive compared to Belvedere and Grey Goose (which are made from Polish Rye and French Wheat respectively) is quite a bit better than most. And there is a difference in character between rye, wheat and potato vodkas that you can taste and feel on your tongue.

Are there any meds that can help the bad smells issue? I wanted to say don't off yourself but when I reread the chemical smells thing I empathized. I am extremely sensitive to chemical smells. I hate them. I have also been on a ledge due to schizophrenia and insomnia and was certain that meds could not help as I tried some before. Self preservation kicked in and I was able to find some meds that helped. I've had a couple mild brain injuries in my life too. I'm sorry for your plight. Truly.

I just wonder if you can use something even off label to help with quality of life. Attempting suicide is very ugly emotionally, it was for me at least. If you must go, so be it, but if you can find some strength to try and hope, by all means, go for it.

I'm no doctor, but if you live in a med state, trying something like CBD capsules that are swallowed instead of smoked(the non psychoactive compound found in MMJ that helps with inflamation and things like epilepsy) might be beneficial.

The article phatpanda posted suggests cvs could be caused by cannabinoids (probably an over abundnace of THC in most cannabis) in some patients, but since yours is not, cbd might be beneficial. Just taking a guess though, I would have to actual research a little to see if it is ever used for your condition. CBD doesn't get you high, and you wouldn''t have to deal with the smell. You would need to find a caregiver who can make this for you as it would be cost prohibitive since insurance doesn't cover things like it yet.

Low dose CBD is shown to have an anti-emetic effect. High dose can increase vomiting.

Just something to consider that possibly could work where other things fail. If you actually google cyclic vomiting syndrome cbd you get results that suggest it is being researched as a treatment. Get off your downvote highhorse if you don't know what CBD actually is.

edit: don't downvote me. I'm not saying get high on weed, I'm suggesting that the antinflamatory compound extracted from it might help where other things fail.

Edit 2: I suffered from pain and nausea and vomiting myself. I self medicated with cannabis for pain and nausea relief. A small amount of THC to high CBD ratio could be beneficial or just straight CBD as opposed to predominantly THC which can worsen nausea and vomiting in some people. I also used it for PTSD and headaches, but when I had too much THC my nausea got worse, so it's a balancing act of what compounds you are ingesting. You have to take into consideration that everyone is different and that different ratios of the compounds in cannabis have different effects. This is just a suggestion that talking with a cannabis friendly doctor might confirm. They don't throw it at everything. They recommend it when it has been shown to work in the individual or in others if you don't have previous experience.
