It is 100% legal to test for, and terminate, employees who use nicotine in Washington State.

All forms, even chew. Nicotine in your blood was grounds for termination at one of my wife's employeers. Funny thing, they had a kegerater (a fridge with a keg inside and a tap on top) in the break room.

Combined my wife and I have worked for at least 10 differ companies across WA and this one was the only one with the nicotine policy. No other companies we've worked for even did random drug testing.

The answer she got at the time was that it had no impact on insurance rates.

The boss was a controlling ass and just an ass in general. He had a bright orange Lamborghini he would drive to work. The company had Fridays off but when they made bonus he would hand out checks Friday afternoon. It is always a great feeling to be pulling into work for your $200... until you remeber your boss is making enough to afford a car like that.

I get sleep paralysis regularly and I have adopted a "bring it on!" Mentality no when I get it. Random dream monster is not match for me! Then I focus all my energy inward like I am flexing every muscle at once and I ride out the tingle.

Most recently I had it while camping. Stupid dream monster had things looking like I was in my room at home! At least take the time to get my surroundings correct dream monster.

Two questions. Both might sound condescending but they are honest questions.

1. You profit when people are sick. How do you keep from becoming evil?

2. If you stumbled on a way to cure a disease, why would you? Isn't it more profitable to treat the symptoms?
