No, you're pedantic. Its not really a detail relevant to the question imo. Hes glazing over a subject to acknowledge that the question makes sense then goes on to answer the question. If you were (as you claim) a doctor AND had data relating to the actual question being correct or not then maybe it would be an interesting addition.

Might be dumb question but why do some areas (eg. Near the coast) have "different water". Im not sure I think its called Lime in english. Is it hard/too much of a hassle for all water from water treatment to be (relatively) the same?

Just mentioning since we were told to buy bottled water near the coast and was just curious why they wouldnt treat that water to have less lime or whatever.

I see, from what I understood drinking the water close to the coast would cause intestinal discomfort and/or diarrhea due to the lime concentration. (Which is why we got bottled).

I guess the locals just have a higher tolerance for whatever is in the water being treated.
