As a former general manager of a family amusement center with a chain in the Southeast I can vouch that there were always a couple customers who we always lost money on. We had to set specific machines on high difficulty levels and lower payouts just so they didn't break us. 1 guy never had a supply of less than 150,000 tickets. We had to let him pick out his high end prizes from the catalog and order them for him just so he wouldn't empty our prize showcase.

The only time we would break even on him is when he brought his children to play.

I'm assuming your dad has had a great influence over your musical abilities. Was this a dream of his to have his daughters be such talented musicians and maybe form a band one day ? How did you all decide on what instruments you would play ? Talia, we need a drummer for the band, Angelina we need you on bass ?

Can you describe your typical process in firing someone from the moment the order is handed to you ? Do you call them into your office as soon as they arrive for work ? Have you ever fired someone over the phone ? Are you seen as "the reaper" and everyone knows that are in serious trouble when you want to talk to them ?
