After you throw an interception do you want to punch the guy who caught it or do you mostly just feel sad?

Is paying college football players under the table just part of the game, kinda like throwing a spitball in baseball where it's only a crime if you get caught? Or is it more like prostitution, a victimless crime that is arguably good for society and everyone involved? Or is it like something else, where another analogy applies to that thing in a different way?
