Going in without disguises seems like a near certain way to get caught considering the heist was on a campus where you actively attend school and have peers who could recognize you.

Only one of the members of the heist went to that school, actually. He was a lookout so that he wouldn't be recognized in the library.

Not sure where you're from, but where I'm from most people talk about their jobs pretty soon after meeting someone. It is usually one of the first topics of conversation.

That's a good point to make, but not in the "Red Flag" section. Most people who are not con artists have legitimate day jobs. Having a day job is not a red flag. Red flags are what we should be looking for to separate the con artists from the non con artists. When the so called Red flag applies to almost everyone, con artist or not, it is not a Red flag.
