Why does the cheese taste much better at the cheese shop but when brought home it's never as tasty? I suspect it has something to do with temperature?
Is it true as I was told that if there is spots of mold on a cheese, you can safely cut it off and eat the rest? Does it depend on the type of cheese (or mold)?
