How do you feel about public aquariums in general that do not have sea mammals or higher order fish like sharks?

Huh - didn't realize cephalopods are mollusks. TIL.

Vegans don’t eat plants exclusively. We eat fungi, algae, lots of fermented and cultured foods.

The point is to reduce suffering. Yeast and bacteria don’t have a central nervous systems, they don’t suffer. Same with plants.

And before someone links some bullshit pseudoscience about plants screaming, a tropism is not the same thing. It doesn’t matter if they do though, most of our crops go to feeding livestock so stopping that would still reduce the ‘plant murder’.

This novelty account started out not funny and has gone downhill. It’s just too low effort.

Fair enough, and thanks for replying. There's a new aquarium in my city, but they will have octopuses and some sharks which is enough to keep me away. I don't know how I'd feel if it was all jellyfish and mollusks though.
