What is, in your estimation, Britain's role in the world? A hundred years ago it used to be that if britain wanted something from someone they could just park their navy in someone's harbor; however, those days are long gone, and based off how the brexit negotiations have gone, it seems to be that Britain's ability to project power beyond its borders has been utterly neutered.

Well, ever since the suez crisis the US and the USSR maintained global military hegemony rather than the british, and ever since '92, most of Europe has been the equivalent of an american protectorate while the rest of the world has been under constant threat of American military intervention, so imo it'd be fair to look at the last 30 years as basically a global american empire. Of course, this arrangement hasn't seemed quite as tenable in the past 5 years. By all accounts Britain's reign as a global empire is pretty much over and has been for some time. However, the UK's advantage has been, for the past 30 or so years, that it was part of the EU, once that is no longer true, imo the UK is gonna be about as relevant Cuba.
