I'm curious about history coherence in The Strange Campaign Setting.

1) Will the whole Earth people know about recursions existence, or will that be a secret known by few (like a Fringe Division)?

2) The KS description says Ardeyn was created by humans on Earth, does it means that magic exists on Earth alike?
