Davvad,

Though either group could technically "come around quicker" if they wanted to, I'd say the Blues usually would be able to get back quicker. The Blues diamond typically flies around 350kts or so, the TB's more like 450kts. The F-18's the Blues use also have better handling and more lift at those speeds than the F-16. So I'd say during normal formation turns, the edge goes to the Blues for coming back to the field sooner.

John, the F-16C/D Block 52's are no older than 1991, and the F-16CJ/DJ's they currently have, they received those in 2009. Makes no sense to use new aircraft....they are designed to put warheads on foreheads first.

First off, thank you Maj for your service and time here with us today. I have a question from our No.4 pilot that couldn't make it here today. He wants to know if during the Diamond PIR, do you make any position changes to make sure the diamond keeps its shape when viewed by the crowd?

Awesome. We all know we'd like to see you guys/gals flying, but it has been great to see you all engaged more with the public. What has been your most rewarding experience so far with that?
