Is caffeine sensitivity a syptom?

The only real way to deal w/ guns in our country needs to come from a cultural change in the desire to own one period. Maybe if we can have large swarths of a generation not buy/own guns because of these mass shootings this would change our approach to the "gun entitlement". But politically it could start by banning "stand your ground" laws which encourage gun ownership because of assuming your neighbor has one that could be used against you
