Hello. I live in Arizona. What is your opinion on Operation Fast and Furious? Also, the city of Tucson police recently switched from destroying seized weapons to selling them. What is your opinion on police departments handling seized weapons? Is destroying or selling them better?

I've actually been wanting this AMA. I have a few questions:

Can these rats be used to sniff out unexplored ordnance? It seems like every so often there's old ww2 ordnance found in London. Also, i can only imagine how much unexplored ordnance is left over from Vietnam in places like Laos. Can these rats go there?

Can these rats ever be used to detect drugs? Can they ever be used to detect cell phones or bombs? I used to work in law enforcement and did some training with narcotics dogs, but with their frame they just couldn't fit in some tight places. Do you see these rats having a military or government role?

Also, what cool abbreviation or code name would a law enforcement rat have? Example: K9 for dog
