With the pure amount of data that you will be presenting to the public, do you see opportunities to influence industry direction or mindset for the long-term maintenance of big data?

Numerous government agencies on both the state and federal level have made comments over the years that there are not comprehensive records of this kind of information kept for analysis.

If the very existence of such a database is secret, then it is no different to us as citizens, as no one else can see this data. So this is an attempt by a group to make this informatiion transparent, regardless of whether or not governmental bodies actually do track that information or not.

The government freely acknowledge that the contract is discriminatory against women, people with disabilities and anyone who works less than full time (such as for research or for childcare).

Could you elaborate on this? I've seen an infographic describing the issue which also mentioned the contract being unfair to women, but I've never heard an explanation as to WHY that is the case.
