That's crazy. And yeah, that's always my biggest fear at least; just being in the wrong place at the wrong time. It's kinda funny that they had no idea though. Thanks for the AMA though, it's always interesting to hear other people's stories in regards to things like this.

How often did people you know get busted? I've known people that are sketched out when buying bud but is there really a reason for cops to care about super low level dealers that only deal in dubs-quarter oz?

I think its because that as of right now there's no reliable way to tell if a person is high at that point in time that is equal to the same accuracy as a breathalizer (sp?). Therefore, it would still be up to the discrepancy of the officer on site. Problem is, how can someone accurately determine if someone is actually high, or simply overtired? Red eyes? What about people who just came from swimming? Hell, even if it smells what about the people that smoke in their car when its parked? (I've done this multiple times at a friends house to hotbox then went back inside, not driving anywhere)
