I feel that sentences are misreprented by a right wing media, particularly in the UK. Judges are made out as ivory tower encumbents with no knowledge of 'the real world' where they are the very people dealing day in day out with child custody battles between heroin addicted mothers and the state or violent offenders and are therefore perhaps the best placed to make value judgements on the evidence before them rather than victims or anyone else.

I agree, I've often wondered why gender and sexuality were in the same acronym when they're different topics.

Capsaicin (the active ingredient for heat) is not soluble in water but is in oils (it's one reason why some curries use clarified butter; to help distribute flavour/heat). Taking the oil will help clear the mouth of capsaicin and dilute it in the stomach so the body can handle it.

Not sure about the chocolate but the usual recommendation is milk due to caseins (proteins which do a similar thing to the oil), but not sure how much casein is left in milk chocolate. Also a sugar solution is effective so that could also be the reason.
